Reviews of Caloola Reserve
"I was actually across the road at Williams Field. The Australian Air League's Head Quaters. This is a great area and a great organisation for young people 8-18 years of age who have an interest in aviation."
"Great spot for sport - esp soccer, basketball and tennis. The club house is spacious clean and well maintained. It is also good for quiet walks. The area has a number of walkways through wooded areas alongside a stream with much native flora and fauna. Fur babies need to be kept on the designated pathway to ensure the native bush is not impacted. One does need to watch out for cyclists who share the pathway."
"Great facilities and free leash area. Would recommend this to anyone. Only qualm is about some patches of mud around the oval but other than that, great little spot. They’re also upgrading the cricket nets so keen to see those developed."
"Nice, quiet place for a walk. Park in surrounding streets if coming by car! Mostly flat trail with a few street crossings, which makes it a good, easy stroll or leisurely bike ride."
"Very cozy and quiet place really. So peaceful although out on the Atkinson road end it seems that its used quite frequently as a short cut obviously bypassing from warrigal road to dandenong road and vice versa. Look through the melway its seem like a great little short cut to even go from huntingdale rd and cut through to dandenong road or through to warrigal road heading to Chadstone bound. I actually just delivered some rock there so the builders can lay more turf there to make it even bigger than what it was. That little birdie had been attacking our mirrors and windscreen wipers. Even seen it swoop over a poor ol lady that i had to wait for so she could cross in front of my truck."
