Masood came by to give us a quote after working hours. Service review: Masood was professional and calm. He patiently explained the differences and finds out the best option that suits our needs. We find the whole transaction was very pleasant and light-hearted. He even make us coffee when we came to visit the store. He is like a friend who is recommending us a good product and ensures us that we can always call him if we need anything. We know we can count on him if anything goes wrong. Product review: We bought the Archer gas IS900 Insert Charcoal. We were so amazed at how much heat this fireplace produced and the surround can still remain touchable. which means we could put our TV over the fireplace without any issues. As Masood described this is a very efficient gas fireplace! As we can turn on the fireplace for an hour with our ducted aircon fan on, the heat remained in circulation for hours. This has certainly transformed our freezing house into a warm and cozy home."

"What a pleasure it was to deal with Masood at Sydney Home Energy Solutions. I was in urgent need of a replacement for my old Archer Gas Log Fire, Masood was able to organise transport and installation for a new Archer Gas Fire, the estimated time for a replacement was 3-4 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to be advised that the replacement had arrived in 3 weeks. Two days later the Archer arrived wth Troy the plumber. It was snowing and raining, the trip from Penrith to Bathurst was in difficult conditions. Troy spent approximately 4-5 hours on the installation without a single complaint, at that time the outside temperature was 5 and raining The installation went without a hitch. I can only give the highest praise to Masood and Troy for outstanding service. I highly recommend this company. The Archer Gas Log Fire does an excellent job heating my old 2 storey terrace in a very cold Bathurst winter."
