It was not my choice to use a card but it was either buy the product I'd spent ages choosing or walk away. Absolutely unacceptable and shameful way to treat customers. "Customer Service skills lacking & very poor. why work in retail if you cant even say 'hi, how are you?' to a customer whose standing at the counter waiting to buy an item from your store?? will not be going back there to buy anything, & will def tell my friends not to either."
"Staff are helpful and kind, the selection of home wares is satisfactory. However the store lacks pricing transparency. There are large signs plastered on the shop front advertising significant markdowns, however not every item is adequately marked with its respective price. It's a pain to hunt for the price and then bother staff repeatedly. This becomes problematic when trying to check out with items which end up being full price. They are also cashless, which for me personally is fine but can imagine it would be a challenging prospect for those who don't use card. Worth a browse, however your money is probably better spent elsewhere."
