"I was using 99 bikes for years because there was no bike shop close by. I recently needed a puncture repaired and to get 99 bikes phone number I did a search bike shops near me & I had a double take at seeing a bike shop at Riverside. So I looked at the website & it looked way too fancy for my giant my bike I thought it was a shop for legit rode bikes wearing bike shorts. I called just to find out but then hing up. Carim called back so I asked him for a quote knowing the 99 bikes fee for the repair, I was shocked cause I expected the prices would be more expensive or I would be told it was a road bike store. Carim quoted me nearly the same price as 99 bikes but he went above and beyond and came and picked up my wheel from my house 2kms away and dropped it off again as I had no car the battery had died and needed replacing. I suggest Carim should steal more 99 bike users by saying on the front page of his website his prices match 99 bikes & that he repairs all bikes cause his website appears way to fancy for terrible :-) on top of going above and beyond to help me repair my giant mt bike, he was just a really really nice guy to deal with. I wish I could rate him 10 stars not 5. I appreciate him getting me wheels as fast as possible while my car wasn't working."
