For the convenience of our community members, we offer free Rapid Antigen Tests, as well as services such as applying for parking permits, registering pets, and paying rates online. We also assist with organizing recycling and waste collection, parking, and development, and provide a platform to report any issues you may encounter.

For those looking to host a casual event in one of our parks, gardens, reserves, or beaches, an Open Space permit may be required. Notably, the Brighton Town Hall Gardens, Kamesburgh Gardens, and Billilla Gardens are classified as "Significant Gardens" and offer a unique and beautiful setting for special occasions.
While the Brighton Town Hall Gardens do not have public toilets available, the Kamesburgh Gardens and Billilla Gardens do provide convenient restroom facilities.

For beach lovers, Landcox Park is located close to sandy beaches with the Melbourne city skyline as a stunning backdrop. These beaches offer vibrant photographic opportunities and have convenient parking and restroom facilities nearby.
We are located at 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham, Victoria, and our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
Lastly, Landcox Park proudly acknowledges the Bunurong People of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land. We pay our respects to their Elders, both past and present.

"A great find. Such a lovely park. It was a bit windy at the beach, so I looked up local parks and this one came up. It’s rich with bird life and the pond is teaming with ducks and fish. There were several families feeding the ducks at sunset. Super cute. Playgrounds, BBQs, toilets. Lots of shade when we were there and beautiful trees. It was a terrific park to visit."
"A beautiful and well-kept park. There's a wonderful lake with lots of wildlife near the centre and the grounds are generally in good condition. Dogs are allowed in the park on leash, and there's public toilets, benches and plenty of rubbish bins within the park. There's a nice place nearby too which is great and parking is roadside around the park."
"Beautiful and spacious little park, very well-kept. Love to see the wildlife around the lake and the views in general are quite wonderful. There’s a small playground, rubbish bins and bathrooms here. The path is pleasant to walk along and lots of people bring their kids and/or their dogs out here. Also benches to sit down, but the grass area is so vast that you could also settle down on the lawn for a picnic as well. A truly lovely find!"
