"In the week before Christmas December 2022 Andrew at Future Cargo rang me to Transport shipping containers. He offered me above the normal freight rate to use my sideloader as he was desperate to have containers moved over the Christmas period. I accepted and completed 4 container moves. Future Cargo are refusing to pay, Andrew refuses to take phone calls . I do not recommend using this company as i believe they are untrustworthy"
"Unprofessional. Be very cautious dealing with Future Cargo. I phoned him politely twice to enquire and had my third call hung up on and phone number blocked. Really strange behaviour by Andrew. I tried to be as polite as possible but to no effect. He said delay in documents due to his "personal reasons", whatever that means. This is the LAST thing professional business clients need, have their freight forwarder hang up on them. I spoke with shipping company CMA-CPG, and they have had similar issues with Future Cargo in lack of communication in documentation. Delay in providing documents are now leading to increase costs daily. Plenty of other companies out there"
