"What a fantastic park! This space has something for every age... young kids, teens, adults.... playground, basketball/netball half court, bbqs, sheltered table area, public toilets... a 5 star community asset!"
"Beautifully maintained gardens on the southern edge of Maribyrnong River south of Aberfeldi. Accessible via Chifley Drive south of the river to enter the well sealed and nicely laid out car park and children’s playground. You’ll find two clean and well stocked automated toilet facilities. Drinking fountains, basketball courts, children playground equipment. Meters from the carpark is a sizable rotunda with picnic table and bench chairs. If you’re looking for a great wide area to run around for playing there is plenty of well maintained grassed area with lots of open area amongst some well positioned trees. There is a wonderful walking track around the Maribyrnong River crossing at Anglers Tavern 2 Raleigh Road and along the River to Aston Street foot bridge. The entire walking track is approximately 6000 steps."
"The park is in a great location with a fantastic playground to cater for active kids. Car parking is available as well as barbecue facilities and 2 secure toilets. The Maribyrnong River hugs the edge of the gardens with walking tracks and other nearby attractions."
