"Amazing service. I needed to send some pictures from Sydney to France and Hisham went above and beyond to provide the service I required. With sourcing the required secure box I needed to send numerous pictures that were massive to packing them with care he was in constant contact with me to set my mind at ease prior to sending. The items were fragile , valuable and important family pictures I had to send to France so it was nice that he updated me every step of the way and providing me with various options and pictures of the final result before and after sealing the crate. Everything went smooth on his end( Australia) and that’s where the service from pack and send normally should end. He kept me informed once the crate had reached each port on its way to the south of France letting me know the time frames at each stop till it’s final destination in Lyon. Once it had reached Lyon we had problems with the customs staff at the ports. Hisham was in constant contact with me through this process although that was not part of the service. He would communicate with the French side which was at different times of the day for us and obviously in a different language - French. Through this nervous time he was talking to me each day and was our point of contact for us here in Sydney and my sister in France. We finally after 1 month of it being in France we’re able to collect it. The pictures were in perfect condition. That was a massive relief as sending by sea can be rough as I was unable to afford to send it by air. I would totally recommend sending your packages big or small with Hisham at pack and send. Not only from doing the original job of sending the package safely and efficiently but due to that fact he went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure he was in contact with me till it arrived in my sisters house in Perpignan in the south of France. "Hisham Al-Hilali at the Glendenning Pack & Send is a great guy and went out of his way to help. A parcel was incorrectly delivered. This was the third party freight carriers mistake. Hisham Al-Hilali provided great customer service to me and he went out of his way to ensure the lost parcel was returned to the customer. I contacted Pack & Send Head Office customer support 4 times in 2 days, and they were useless in helping, and could not even find the parcel or provide me updates. Lucky Hisham Al-Hilali was there to help and solve the issue, Hisham Al-Hilal should run the entire Pack & Send Head Office, because of his great customer service and support."

"I'm very thankful to the guys at Pack & Send, we had 2 heavy machine parts in 2 different states that had a deadline for pickup and they were the only company who were willing to pick up, properly re-pack and transport our items to a depot for shipping. When I got in touch online they called straight away and were able to pick up basically the next day. They were very professional and I really appreciated them updating me the entire way along with photos and letting me know when the parts were being moved. I had a minor issue with tracking online and within half an hour of sending them a message they got in touch with new codes so I was able to track. I think their pricing was very fair, especially for the speed and quality of their services. They did an excellent job packing and our parts arrived in perfect condition. They even rang to ensure they made it here safely and in good nick which was nice. Overall they were just great quality from start to finish with great customer service. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their items packed and shipped."
