"Very rude reception staff. Lengthy delay in providing results from my son’s sleep study. When pressed for results both reception and Dr Seton became quite hostile. They had been sitting on the results for some time. Despite results showing abnormalities Dr Seton claimed there was nothing to further investigate and to just keep a sleep diary. Dr Seton was resentful that he had to call me to discuss without me paying for his time. After getting a second opinion and further and more thorough investigation my son was diagnosed with childhood absence epilepsy and required medication. Had we listened to Dr Seton’s unprofessional and lazy interpretation of my son’s sleep study we would not have treated my son. Disgraceful service. He is lucky we haven’t reported him for negligence."

"Phoned to make an appointment. Secretary told me it's $320 for only a consultation. I agreed. Asked me if I have Medicare! Told her no because I am a foreign. Secretary told me it's still ok we can use my health insurance and still will be the same amount. Went to the appointment and and the receptionist was really rude . Once I told her I don't have Medicare she told me its double the price. I explained what the Secretary told me and in a rude way told no it's still double the price. Secretary told me to go before the appointment and I did. Receptionist told me oohhh you came early, we are having lunch. She told me can you wait outside the door in a rude way. So i had to wait in a corridor for 40 minutes till they had lunch."

"Dr Seton saved our daughter's life. She had sleep apnoea and obstructed airways. I hadn't slept more than an hour at a time since her birth for 3.5 years. Finally after years of begging I found a paediatrician who referred us to Dr Seton for a sleep study. It showed my daughter wasn't getting enough oxygen to dream - she had never had a dream in her life. For the short times she did sleep I would have to be on a mattress on her bedroom floor to shake her every time she stopped breathing - every single night, countless times a night. She had problems with feeding as a baby (milk) and had difficulty eating solids. Her condition was life threatening. Dr Seton referred her for urgent surgery within about a week or so of seeing him. It changed her life, and ours. We are now over 5 years post-op and still so grateful to Dr Seton for believing us, having compassion and empathy for our family, and for getting her the surgery she needed to thrive."

"Terrible doctor, astonishingly bad service. He has left me in the lurch regarding a potentially life threatening condition and has not returned any calls or emails and refuses an appointment for months. Definitely do not see Dr Seton."
