"Dr Santhini was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to listen. She clearly explained her thoughts. She was not happy with an assessment we had from another practice but was professional in her criticism and gentle with her suggestions. This was our first appointment and we were blown away. Her long-suffering receptionist dealt with my very large number of questions with a lot of patience."

"Dr Santini is an amazing doctor BUT her secretary is a gaslighter, with zero empathy ! For parents dealing with their kids’health , already stresses , extremely sensitive and worried, that lady can be their worst NIGHTMARE ! I really want to believe that she doesn’t reflect the doctor’s values but I can’t disregard the fact that Dr Santini allows that person to represent her office handeling her schedule and any type of communication with her! That’s the reason for my 1 star! update: now they replied to my review with the affirmation that I demanded for my son to be seen in 7 days , which they know it’s a LIE! My son was having a seriou anxiety attack and I asked for an appointment as soon as possible as Dr Santhini is the one responsible for his medication and any needed adjustments of it, and long story short, the secretary told me in a not caring way, to take my son to the hospital if he was in a crisis!ANXIETY, to the hospital!!She was the one who mentioned an availability in 7 days and we started setting the schedulling, BUT as soon as I said my son’s name she decided the spot was not available anymore, and when I asked why she pretended she never said anything about that - That’s gaslighting!!! And sounded very discriminating as well! Anyway, I don’t want my son to be seen in an environment like that at all, but I advice the doctors there to ask other parents about their experience with that lady, because I found 2 other moms with the SAME feedback about her! Doctors here are very entitled because of the high demand but maybe one day , and I pray for that, they’ll have competition enough to make them treat their patients better!"

"We have been seeing Dr Santhini for a couple of years and cannot shout her praises highly enough. Her knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity and children's development and behaviour is incredible. I cannot thank her enough for her advice, referrals, and suggestions. All have been exactly what our family needed. The process of assessment, diagnosis, catch ups and further assessment as my children have grown and developed has been reassuring and 100% professional. She genuinely cares for the families and loves the children she sees, i hear it in the way she speaks about them. As a preschool owner I refer many of the families to her for assessment of their children and each and every one is so impressed with her knowledge and care. I look forward to our appointments and so do the children. Thank you thank you!!!! To the people who have made negative comments about this business I'm honestly so confused as to how this has come about. Other professionals I've seen have wanted to put my children on meds or send them for psychology etc, both of which do not align with my beliefs and values and so if you're looking for a quick fix or to dose your kids up for your own piece of mind then you certainly shouldn't come to Hills. If you want genuine care and support for your child and can respect the process then you will also have nothing but good things to say."

"We’ve had 2 appointments with Dr Bogopa after 3 years seeing another paediatrician in Hornsby. Dr Bogopa in comparison is kind and gentle with our child who has ASD, adhd, GAD, dyslexia and a tic disorder. We have found her to be very thorough & very understanding of our son’s particular needs. Definitely recommend!"
