Please note that Sydney Road Family Medical Practice is a private billing practice. However, patients aged 0-5 years with a valid Medicare card and DVA Gold Card Holders will be bulk-billed. For a full breakdown of fees, please inquire at our reception.

I have found all of them to be thorough, yet compassionate, well-researched yet personal. They follow-up via phone calls, and telehealth, which is also a practical assistance. "My family visits here for all GP needs. Professional and caring doctors are punctual but their consultation is thorough and you are not rushed. Doctors are up to date with latest medical developments and referrals to specialists are well researched and thought through. The on-line booking is very useful, the fees are very reasonable and Medicare claims are processed immediately by the efficient and courteous reception staff. The practice is located near parking (Stockland) but I always find parking on Sydney Road anyway. Also, it is located a few steps from a pharmacy, a couple of doors from a bulk-billing X-Ray practice and across the road from a Pathology practice. If you are fed up with the prospect of spending the rest of your natural life waiting at a bulk billing medical centre to see a doctor who does not do a good job anyway, then forget that and give this practice a go. It is excellent."
