"The store assistant Alice was very nice and knowledgeable and she told us heaps of relevant info, sadly while serving us she was mandatory called over to serve someone else, so I give 5 stars to her and zero to her manager."

"I've been there 3 times in the last month and there have been practically no staff. There is a security person on the door who has no idea where anything is in the store (maybe give them a general map of the layout). 1 or 2 people at the back counter, which they can't leave, and another staff member who they (counter staff) can call from a secret location to point you in the right direction. The staff that spoke to were all friendly and helpful but there needs to be floor staff to help customers."

"I don't normally complaint about businesses but the way this store handles phone enquires is a joke. I have called to find out if they got Mac Mini, in 20min of waiting I was picked up by 3 different people. In the end one person was able to help me sort it out."

"Spent $2300 purchasing a MacBook plus some accessories from then got told couldn’t process the gift card on the day to please come back the next day by a manager no less! Drove back the next day might add 30 mins drive cause I do not live locally was shopping cause was in the area for a meeting to only get told at the counter that Oh WE STOPPED the gift card TODAY!!! Sorry nothing we can do! Its not so much about the gift card but it is annoying and very INFURIATING when you are told to come back for something! to only get told sorry we don’t do it today!! That is honestly not acceptable and very bad aftercare it is a horrible business practice to not honour your word!"

"A great store with outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend other people to going to this store for electronics. They have a wide range and the customer service is great. When they told me they were out of an item they told me other places to get it which were very helpful. They were also really nice. Thank you for the great experience!"
