However, please note that due to the current conflict in Ukraine, our policies exclude coverage for any trips to Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus. We strongly recommend checking the latest travel alerts before purchasing a policy to ensure you are well-informed.

In addition, there are certain destinations that are excluded from our coverage. These include Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria, Chad, East Timor, Haiti, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

For travelers heading to the South Pacific, we provide coverage for destinations such as Papua New Guinea, American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji Islands, French Polynesia (including Tahiti), Kiribati, New Caledonia, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Norfolk Island, and New Zealand.

Depending on your chosen destination, we offer different levels of coverage. If your destination is "Worldwide exc USA," you are covered worldwide excluding the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America, and Antarctica. If your destination is "Worldwide inc USA," you are covered worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America.

We also provide coverage for specific regions. South Asia destinations include Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Maldives. South East Asia destinations include Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia (including Bali and Lombok), Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. East Asia destinations include China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan.

At Tick Travel Insurance, we offer various options to cater to different traveler needs. We provide cover for one adult who is 18 years or older and their accompanying dependent children. We also offer cover for two adults in a partner relationship, with or without accompanying dependent children.

For those planning winter sports activities, we offer an additional option that covers the loss, damage, or theft of winter sports equipment, as well as expenses related to piste closure or avalanche disruptions. It's important to note that this option must be purchased to have coverage for injuries incurred during winter sports activities.

Please be aware that cover for cruises (ocean or river) is currently not available.

Rest assured, our insurance is underwritten by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company Limited, and we are an authorized representative appointed by them to distribute and administer this insurance product. Europ Assistance Australia Pty Ltd handles claims on behalf of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance.
