"Asked these guys for a taxi as I’m a driver and I was asked to call some guy who I guess is the boss. I called him and upon learning my name the call was quickly disconnected. Honesty is the best policy. If you’re honest stay away from these guys as I know I’ve got an honest reputation and I know there are others who are happy to loan me their car."

"We went by taxi from Sydney Int. airport to Travelodge Hotel Sydney Wynyard - very close to Wynyard st. monday around 5 pm. The ride was smooth without any traffic jam at all. When arriving to the hotel the meter showed AUD 60,10. In it self this seemed to be expensive and on top of that the driver told us - when he found out that we would pay by cash that we had to pay another AUD 5,- for being picked up at the taxi stand at the airport(we did not call him). We do feel cheated - as it seems to be a lot more expensive compared to the prices you can find on the internet. It is such a shame that there are some taxi drivers who give the industry a bad reputation:-(. As we know who the driver is we have tried to contact the Company but so far we havn’t had any respond."

"If I could give below 1 star I would!! Being our first trip to sydney and not knowing where our hotel was located we got a taxi from the airport. When given the address of the hotel he got upset that it was close. He the proceeded to complain to us telling us we should have walked, while my partner had a strained calf injury with an obvious limp with 35+ kilos of luggage. When NOT!! arriving at the address he told us it was the right address and pointed at the wrong hotel and when questioned about it not being the correct hotel he continued to insist it was the right hotel even with a obviously incorrect name splayed largely on the side of the building (even his GPS was showing it was the incorrect street!). He then he proceeded to charge us and kicked us out of his taxi and took off leaving us to walk the rest of the way navigating traffic works and busy streets. We normally use a ride share app when we go away for the week for sports or others. But the convenience of the taxi rank with minimal waiting and distance late at night was worth the try. BUT we won't be making that mistake again!!!"

"I booked this taxi company via their online booking form. Received an acknowledgment from them. Was to be picked up at 6:45am the following morning to go to airport. They did not show. I called the 24 hr service phone number. No answer so left an urgent message. 2 days later they have not called me back. Taxi never showed. I almost missed my flight because of this company. Do NOT use them if u need to go to airport. Very unreliable."

"**** DO NOT BOOK THIS TAXI CO **** One of this Taxi Co's cabs hit me on my motorbike, did not ask if I was okay and has since refused to pay for the bike damage. PLEASE JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING THIS TYPE OF TAXI industry behaviour. See my court case against them below."
