"Stores like Premium Ugg, Original Ugg Australia Classic and UGG Originals (which are the same businesses - just different websites, probably because the google reviews started getting so bad) deserve every bad review they get. Hopefully my experience of having my boots returned (wrong size) with no replacement sent or refund given and absolutely no phone service serves as a lesson to all. If you purchase from this company you have a very high chance of getting nothing for your money. In other words, they are professional scammers. Read the other reviews and you will find a history of this! Buyer Beware."

"Wish I could give them no stars!! Just like the other reviews, I sent back the incorrect size for an exchange and haven’t heard from them since. They were meant to ship the new size two weeks ago but haven’t, the phone number is fake/ disconnected and they aren’t replying to any emails now that they have their stock back. Complete sham of a company, don’t buy from them unless you enjoy lodging fair trading and PayPal disputes and wasting your time!!"

"Do not risk buying Ugg Boots from this supplier. Deserve 0 Stars. Advertise No Risk 30 Day Return Promise, don’t be fooled. If you have an issue and need to return, it’s impossible to contact them. Never answer their phones, get a automated voice message, never call you back, don’t reply to emails. Months later, reality is my money has gone for good. Older review with similar issue, regrettably decided to give benefit of the doubt, expensive lesson learnt."
