"Terrible Service. Made booking for 4:50 am to get to Airport. They didn't turn up. They kept assigning drivers who cancelled. Still had not turned up at 6:05. They did not contact me any point. I called them 4 times. I missed my flight. All they would say was that their drivers were independent contractors. What is the point of booking if it is just chance that a driver turns up?"

"Another 1 star review - after emailing me back a booking confirmation, no cab arrived in over 2 hours. When I cancelled, the operator said no booking existed. No wonder everyone uses rideshare services these days instead, with service like this there's no other option."

"If I could give zero stars I would! Got off a long 8hrs flight and thought let’s just get a taxi. Worst decision ever. And a company I’ve never heard of either. Drove like as if he was invincible, super dangerous and no care at all. Watching him mess around with the machine, price went from $35 to $45. I didn’t bring it up immediately as I wanted to see if the price changes. But just kept creeping up. When I brought it up to him, he got very defensive and rude, explaining its airport toll. Huffing and puffing. Then played around with the machine and it went back down $10. Watched to see if it would change and it stayed the same. Very dodgy and super dirty, handles broke and roof splashed with gunk (food/drink?).. will never ever take this company again. Don’t hop in this taxi!"

"I'm not usually one to write a review but today I'm moved to let everyone know to steer clear of this despicable company. In the days leading up to today, I got everyone onboard so I could get my bedbound mother from her nursing home to an xray clinic for a mouth xray that will be used by her dentist. The nursing home staff got her dressed and into a wheelchair and I met her in the foyer. Despite booking the taxi the day before, the driver didn't turn up at the agreed time. We rang the taxi company a couple of times and were told that a taxi is on the way. After waiting a full hour, I rang them again and cancelled the taxi. I know that wheelchair taxis are in high demand, but we had booked the taxi the day before and, when the taxi was late, we were told a number of times that a taxi was on it's way. This is disgraceful behaviour from a company that is supposed to be providing a reliable essential service to those that are less mobile. This company will not get another dime from me or anyone I know."

"Driver Shir Mohammed threatened my wife with physical harm and threatened our house with harm to our property. Silver Top Taxi in Auburn. Still awaiting response from parent company, Premier Cabs."
