"If you're tax return isn't straight forward then this company will drop you the minute it gets complicated for them. As soon as an issue arose with my tax return, Bell Partnership became very patchy in their communication with me and eventually just ignored my emails completely. When I finally got a response back much later, they said that there was nothing that could be done about my increased tax bill (not true). In a nutshell, they tried to brush me off because they couldn't be bothered anymore and now I'm left to do their job. I wouldn't have left a negative review on here, but after complaining to them, they STILL did not reply with any explanation or apology. If you are reading this, then you should have a good think about how you treat new customers."
