"I am so appalled with the party's they have here. We got in early, we had someone who clearly knew nothing about customer service or children and had no boost in his step or manner. We got told what happens in the party and how long we have. I spent just under $300 on a party here and it was all crammed. Food, cake and then I got, ok mam the party is over, you will have to move. The party is not long enough for kids. If someone works with you as a party host with children, be happy, bright and be silly. That's what kids want! I was running my own party which would be easier and ar least you get what you want. Extend the hour and a half you allow for a party if your going to spend such a big amount on a kids party."
"I have haven’t been to this place in a few years. I can understand it’s an older crocs however I do have to agree with some Of the more recent comments to place is in need of a deep clean Tables are sticky, white tables have black marks dirty marks, the play area is dirty and the smell is some what old and musty I know it’s hard with kids but not sure if I’ll Come back. Ye toilets were quite dirty for a 10am play. It’s a though they don’t clean the place after each day Prices and food are reasonably priced and staff are nice. I would drive that bit extra for a newer or cleaner place center."
"We have been to lots of indoor play centres all over Melbourne and this must be one of the dirtiest ones - poorly maintained as everywhere we stepped on were sticky and dusty with stains. A much needed, ans frequent deep cleaning would be all it takes to help self guard the children hygiene wise."
"I went here during the week and it was very quiet…which preferred. Sometimes the busy centres can be a bit overwhelming for my daughter. I loved being able to go on the slides with her. She is 18 months and had a great time to exploring. Everything was clean and the food was nice."
"My daughter had her birthday party here recently on a Sunday. My initial impression was that the venue was away from main road and the outside facade looks a bit run down. It is attached to Muffin Break and where all the catering is from. My wife and i were happy with the catering overall. The staff was nice and friendly. Most importantly my daughter had a great time for her party. We will come back again and recommend it to others. It is smaller than other play centres but is enough to keep kids occupied for couple of hours regardless. There are disable parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Coffee is...meh but it is that or nothing."
