"Poor communication. I had vendors contacting me saying they would pull out of my event as they could not get in touch with anyone to organise deliveries. Also, I was faced with an invoice double to what was spoken about. Holly said it was to cater for extra staff to supervise that many kids which didn't make sense because there was only 3 staff who sat in the kitchen the whole time. I had to ask for water and serviettes and was looked at like I was asking for something absurd. The platters are tiny and staff started turning off lights and telling guests to leave 15 mins before the scheduled finish time. Disappointing experience for what should have been a carefree fun afternoon."
