"Phoned AFL Southland earlier today, seeking a beach towel, regarding friend’s 40th birthday. Plus, other merchandise. They did not have the particular team that l was after in stock. Fair enough. Suggested trying Fountain Gate. Tried calling this store for 2.5 hours, no answer, could not get through, nor leave a message. Phoned AFL Southland back. Told, “It’d be because they’re flat out”. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! Answer your phone, customers may be calling, OR put more staff on. Going elsewhere. Terrible service, terrible response - disgraceful. LIFT YOUR GAME no stars/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️."

The young man working there was extremely helpful and clearly had a good understanding of the products. Made a number of suggestions of products that would have all been suitable for my son.
