"Really disappointed on picking up my bike today. I asked for a quote on drop off and advised it would be $160, however payment required at pick up was $260. The owner advised the original quote didn't include parts. I understand labour plus parts, however I expect that a quote covers everything, particularly when an in-depth conversation had occurred at initial drop off about what was needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly, however the lack of transparency was disappointing."
