"I purchased washing machine and dryer from Miele cost over 5k, firstly it took ages to deliver and paid their professional technicians for installation. same day after a few hours wait for washing machine to settle I was excited trying out for first wash unfortunately it’s leaking water inside from washing machine. We contacted the Miele team they said I have to wait another week for their technicians to come and inspect the machine… I’m very disappointed with the service, I purchased brand new machines and paid premium price for it, I did not want my washing machine to be FAULTY! Waiting time to resolve it is also very DISAPPOINTING！"
"I purchased a dishwasher in July 2022 on the very day it was released (among other items costing about $12,000). When I purchased the dishwasher I was told by Conan that it was in stock and that I could take delivery of it at any time and it would not be assigned it to anyone else. When I called to take delivery of it about a month later I was told that it was assigned to another customer and there was no more left in stock. I have now just been informed (on 20 October 2022) that the dishwasher won’t be delivered until late February 2022. So far I’ve received one of the four items I purchased. These people will do anything to take your money and then good luck getting your products or any after sales service, let alone a coherent explanation as to why they have given the item that I purchased to someone else. The whole experience has completely tarnished the brand for me. William Boyce"
