However, we also understand the importance of convenience and safety, which is why we highly recommend telehealth consultations for certain situations. If you require pathology or radiology referrals, results, or if you have symptoms such as a sore throat, cough, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, a telehealth consultation is necessary unless you have received a negative COVID swab within the previous two days.

Our fee policy remains the same for both telehealth and face-to-face consultations, ensuring fair and transparent pricing for all our patients. Please note that Medicare rebates for telehealth consultations are only available to patients who have been seen at our practice within the previous 12 months.

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we strictly adhere to all NSW Health guidelines. This includes maintaining required social distancing measures and utilizing personal protective equipment such as masks, gowns, gloves, and goggles. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

Appointments at Alfords Point Medical Practice can be booked between 8am and 6pm on weekdays, and from 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays. For our current patients, home visits are available upon request during our normal operating hours.
