"I want to convey my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the absolutely awesome ‘Physio’s and Team’ at Physio Inq Engadine and Sutherland, who occasionally move between locations. This company is run by a genuinely caring warm team and owned by Tom whose heart is big and it visibly extends through the team as he has apparently always ensured to select the perfect match within his teams. It certainly shows and there is a tangible feeling of a strong, kind unity here. I observed the level of compassion and caring so I asked one of the team who shared that Tom has a passionate goal to ensure he selects the best people to work for him and then he gets the satisfaction that the clients get the best care. I have also frequently observed they have ongoing education sessions which always raises the standard of care we receive as the client. His wife Laura, and the receptionists Shavonne and Paris add a lovely, light humour and an obvious level of caring from the start of your visit at reception. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I came here as a client following a nasty fall impacting my left hand and my neck. I have had certain long term medical issues resulting in a delayed double spinal fusion and bone grafting, and as a result, I have ongoing awful muscle spasms and severe endless chronic pain which has resulted from my injury and subsequent complications. I started off with Ryan who now works at Sutherland branch. When he changed locations, Adam kindly took over and Adam was offered a dream job in the ADF and left to QLD, so Liam kindly took over from Adam and has subsequently been my physio since then. Georgia has also helped me out once when my usual physio’s were not available. Each and every one of you have your own genuinely caring and kind manner about you, so thank you to each and every one of you for kindly helping me in the very best way that you have. I cannot fault the level of experience and care I have been given by these lovely, kind and caring physiotherapists, through my extended journey as I lead up to surgery. Every day I have been greeted with a genuine warmth and a smile followed by easy conversation during the physiotherapy sessions. They are all very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help reduce the spasms and work to help relieve my pain levels. They have created appropriate, gentle exercise plans that help ease the suffering to and improve the outcome long term, although I am limited in my ability to move as much as a regular client would. They all make a huge difference in ‘client centred care’ and this impacts the outcomes for my future, moving forward. I would like to extend my sincere thanks that each day that I return for physio, which is twice weekly, I am always greeted with cheerful kindness and that the monotony of my required repetitive care has not dampened your spirits Liam. I am forever indebted to you and the rest of the team who have been so kindly proactive in my care. I would like to offer my genuine thanks to the whole team for everything you do to make a big difference in peoples lives. To the general public, you would be doing a disservice to yourself if you did not select Physio Inq as your preferred physio’s of choice! There’s none better and I know, as I have tried others who fail dismally in comparison, before arriving at the care of this amazing team."
