"Great menswear shop with excellent variety and choice"
"The Bounty Shop is a beautiful shop. It is filled with quality merchandise and honest, knowledgeable staff who care. Well worth a visit and well worth supporting."
"Great service - father/son duo were efficient and good to deal with. Thanks for your help last week!"
"This place needs to learn some people skills. I go in looking for hats, and this guy can't even be bothered to look up and greet a customer properly. I heard him greet the woman with the pram who came in the shop ahead of me pleasantly, and then he grunts something, doesn't even look up at me when I say hello. I was going to ask him if they had Kangol flat caps. I've been keen to buy a couple for the past few weeks but they're not easy to find in actual brick and mortar shops except in the inner suburbs. So instead, I turned straight around as soon as I got a greeting like I did, I just walked out. And then the guy follows me out as though I've stolen something. So I yell out the car window at him to let him know why I walked out and he's all red faced looking like he wants to brawl. Get a grip you yob. I'll just wait until I have time to drive up to the hatter in Fitzroy that carries the flat caps I'm after. It would even better buying from online retailers or Ebay than this kind of shop and take a chance on bad fit rather than put up with stinking attitudes."
"We went to find a hat for my husband and then after making our choice we went back to this store. we were being served by a lady then when my husband wanted to know the difference between 2 hats and why such a difference in price? a man interjected and explained that it took 14 rabbits to make the more expensive hat ($205) and that it was made in Australia v China for the other hat ($80) My husband accepted the fact the Akubra was the better purchase and proceeded to ask the man for a discount on the hat, his response was that he would rather not sell the hat then give any discount , if he had of asked he would have found out that my husband just wanted to round it off to $200 but instead he came across as arrogant and condescending and my husband walked out. I know that he is unperturbed about losing our business. I just hope that this assists others in making a decision to shop elsewhere and that his actions cost him more than that one transaction."
