"The strangest (and rudest) interaction I have ever had with a doctor. In my experience, most physicians are polite, understanding and want to help. This physician frustratedly called me (from a private number) because his proposed appointment time did not fit in with my schedule (so I had not confirmed said appointment). Extremely strange considering that during this interaction he also mentioned that he was changing his hours in a months time and this would have then worked for me. Utterly bizarre, I’m gobsmacked. I will certainly be relaying my experience back to those who referred him. Prior to this interaction - the clinic already had a few red flags. When I called, they wouldn’t speak on the phone and insisted that I could only make an enquiry via email. Their email was also just a gmail account. They only call using private numbers and in general the clinic seems unprofessional at best."
