"Placed an order for $816, 7 days ago and haven't received any update on the order since. Hasn't been shipped out and shows it's still unfulfilled. Logged on to the website and the order shows it hasn't been fulfilled yet. No chatbot on the website that I can see to nor can I see any "Contact Us" page. Will take down this review if I can get this order shipped out but till then it'll stay up."

"Beware! Store does not offer refund when they couldn't exchange items for the right size. The sales person did not inform me of this when I purchased an item as a gift and they could not offer an exchange for the right size. This sort of return policy needs to let consumer know upfront!
