"Went to make a crown with Dr. Sam around 1 year ago. The crown fell off, it shouldn't fall off after only a year. Called the reception on 27th April and she said will message or call back and never did till now. Went to 3 different dentist for consultation and they all said the placement of one of the screw/post was wrong and so it broke the teeth. Now my teeth can't be saved and needs to be extracted. The crown itself was trimmed down so much that the top became flat and there's a hole in the middle of it. During the fitting last year, I have to come back several times as the crown doesn't fit as they don't have the modelling machine so it had to be sent to the lab everytime. Hugely disappointed with the quality and service as the cost of making crown with Dr. Sam is not cheap compared with other dentists."
