"Went to check the place out on a weekday afternoon and I waited at the desk for at least 5 minutes for someone to come out, I ended up calling the phone number which made the woman come out to answer the phone. I told her that I had called it because I thought it would get her attention as I had been waiting for a while. She didn’t seem concerned but at least she was friendly. The play equipment itself looks worn and dusty, it doesn’t look like it gets cleaned regularly and I felt uncomfortable letting my baby play with the equipment. I didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that. I haven’t been to many play centres with my baby yet but I’m definitely not returning to this one. I’ve read the way they respond to negative reviews and the rudeness and lack of correct grammar and punctuation really says a lot about their customer service and attitude. My recommendation - go to Rabbit Hole Playcentre instead!"

"Party package is a rip off. The experience is rushed and Charlie the chipmunk didn’t even stay long enough to get a photo with the birthday boy. Been back several other times and venue is almost always dusty, food takes 30+ minutes to arrive (even when there’s only a handful of other people), they get orders wrong and they aren’t friendly in the slightest. Rather travel further to go to Rabbithole from now on. Response to business- how dare you. This is precisely what I mean about terrible customer service. I have proof I paid for my son to have his birthday party, I don’t do false reviews. As per the order, 35 minutes for 3 nuggets and chips isn’t slightly late. I did not get offered a complimentary tray of chips or even an apology. That is a blatant LIE! I came and asked where the food was twice. The first time I was told it would be out in a minute - that was the wrong order which was then taken away. The second time the food was finally brought out, slammed on the table and I was told it was an issue with the docket not printing. If that’s the case, why not mention the issue when I first went to ask what was happening with the meal Again, your response is the perfect example as to poor customer service."

"The place is thought and designed for kids, and it does the job. The parents have enough tables and chairs to rest a bit while their kids are having fun. There are two private rooms to celebrate birthdays. I found them quite small, parents were observing from outside and was not comfortable. I did not like the food, it was a plate of deep fried nibbles. They sell coffee for parents. Good parking. Friendly and attentive staff."
