"I have been into CA a few times, and while their range has been good, the customer service has been a bit average. This time though was a different experience. I came in looking for a new pair of shoes for the gym and to check out a few options for a more performance shoe later. Harry provided knowledgeable advice and was more than happy for me to try on multiple shoes, even reminding me there was no pressure to buy. He did this while still meeting and greeting other customers, as well as chatting to my 14yo son. While I, slightly sadly or smartly, bought probably the cheapest shoes in the place for the gym, when the bank balance allows for the performance shoe purchase, I will definitely return."
