"Worst after sales I have ever received. STEVE from the appliances section seemed to be very helpful before and while taking the sale but later don’t expect anything from him. He told me that it will get delivered but the date got changed for delivery without advising me and when I tried contacting him he just backed out, didn’t receive my calls and later he blocked my number (he gave me his mobile number if I needed any help to buy other stuffs as well). Then I came across a girl named MIA, same like STEVE 0 customer service and no decency in talking as she hung up the call . The other guy named MUSH was a bit helpful and helped me sort out next day early driver so a bit thank you to him. Also i had to cancel the dishwasher I paid deposit of (ASKO) and chose another brand. For 2 weeks STEVE told me he has already sent email to ASKO and I should receive a call or email from them. I asked him a couple of times and every time he told me all done and I do t need to do anything. I decided rather than waiting more as it had been over 2 weeks to call them. I got a big surprise, STEVE had not emailed or sent any cancellation request, what a joke it is. So I would say STEVE just pretends to help you until he gets the sale, after that forget anything; I would suggest take your service elsewhere Not worth all the Hassle"
"I recently had a terrible experience with the customer service at a certain establishment, and I feel the need to share my negative encounter. My husband and I were waiting in line with our baby, next in line to be served. To our surprise, there was no one else waiting except for us. However, instead of being assisted, we were asked to wait for a lady wearing a head scarf because apparently, the staff member did not know how to process the click and collect service. To make matters worse, approximately seven other customers were served before us, leaving us feeling utterly neglected. Frustrated and rightfully so, I decided to make a complaint to the lady that eventually served us. However, what happened next was beyond belief. The lady with the head scarf, who was supposedly responsible for our prolonged wait, approached to inquire about the situation. Instead of listening to my complaint or showing any sort of empathy, she seemed completely disinterested and apathetic. In fact, she actually had the audacity to raise her hand in my face and simply walk away. I was utterly shocked and appalled by her behavior. It was clear that she had no intention of addressing our concerns or even acknowledging our presence as frustrated customers. To add insult to injury, another customer who had witnessed the entire situation tried to intervene and find someone who could assist me, as they too were perplexed by the blatant disregard I was experiencing. In conclusion, the customer service I received at this establishment was absolutely abysmal. It is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect and indifference when all I wanted was to voice a legitimate complaint. The staff, particularly the lady with the head scarf, exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may consider patronizing this establishment, as the level of customer service is severely lacking."
