"Purchased Groupon voucher from this business, the owner booked me in for 11th October at 12:30, the business is located at the top of a salon. So I went to my appointment , I’ve asked the hairdressers where is this luminance clinic they told me to go upstairs and wait as there’s another client. So I waited, 15 minutes later I sent a text to let her know I’m waiting and guess what????!! They don’t operate on Tuesdays!!!!! Apparently they’re only open mon wed fri! But the owner is the one who booked me in on a Tuesday, apparently she made a mistake! She said sorry but what can her sorry do I have wasted my time and effort going there! It’s very unprofessional! She obviously doesn’t care about other peoples time so please save yourselves and don’t come to this business."
