"Belle the physiotherapist is amazing! I couldn’t recommend anyone more in my life! Belle takes her time with you explaining everything to you and what the exercises you’ll be doing will be fit for you! She listens to you and really understands and generally wants to help, she takes her time and is very thorough with your pain/injury/condition to making sure you’re comfortable. While also explains in depth what’s going on inside your body and why this exercises/activities are helpful. She is absolutely wonderful 10/10 ⭐️"

"I went to see Dr Nathan Zhou for the first time with my son and got treated politely. He's a good listener and did not dismiss my queries or suggestions as I have found sometimes in my past experiences. In my view listening to your patients is the greatest tool on a Doctor's check list for achieving a correct diagnosis. I would definitely see him next time."

"Used to go to this clinic lots but very disappointed with the service. Called before going to the centre and was told to come by specific time so we can get seen by the doctor. Went there within time frame and had to wait almost 3 and half hours just to get my husband and tired and sleepy toddler to be seen by a doctor who only saw for 5 minutes. The waiting time is horrible and really can't imagine waiting that long to see doctor when you are in pain and fever The doctors some of them are rude and receptionist some are rude too. I would rather pay the $70 to another clinic where the service is better and more time efficient. Never going back there again."

"I have been attending this clinic for roughly 12 yrs, and I stuck with them as they were brilliant. Since Covid times, the practice has gone down hill drastically, lost a few of the really good doctors, others on leave with no solid return time. One of my most recent visits was on a saturday mid-afternoon, I was informed "we have no doctors on", so was turned away by staff and recommended to another practice. They have switched to mostly "bookings" only, but even with bookings, you are waiting over an hour AFTER your scheduled appointment (No sign of emergencies passing through that would take priority). Staff themselves are friendly, but the overall practice has gone so far backwards that I am now forced to look for another practice for myself and family."

She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. Despite my anxiety she really helped me get through it and was the most positive dental experience I've ever had."
