"This place is an absolute scam! I initially came in with the concerns of comodonal acne and I paid almost 6k+ for these skin treatments that were said to get rid of these issues “easily”. The facials that they gave me were extremely painful and made my skin worse. Every time I would come in voicing these concerns regarding the extreme scarring and inflammation, they just said it was purging and would settle down within a few weeks. A few months went by and my skin was feeling and looking even worse than before I came in. Every week it was the same things said. Asking me to go get all these pills that were said to “definitely” get rid of the minor problems on my skin. It was a joke. I wanted to trust in them, their advices and the “process” but I’ve just completed my pathway and my skin has never looked so horrible. After all that time and money wasted I would never want anyone to experience the same thing. Towards the end, when I again voiced my concerns, they were extremely rude and condescending. Speaking to me like I was a child it was honestly so laughable. They obviously looked at my skin and saw how they have done nothing to improve it and only make it worse and funnily enough suggested seeing a derm for accutane. It’s all so disappointing after I was made to believe my skin issues were going to be fixed with the help of all their treatments that didn’t even last longer than 10mins. Don’t even waste your time here! The girls here have no idea what they’re doing or talking about so do yourself a favour and just see a professional."
