"Unwelcoming and inattentive staff. Visited with my sisters. My sister wanted a different size of pair of pants. Walked around the store for 10 minutes as staff walked by without acknowledging us in anyway. I'm astonished at the level of ignorance and lack of care by the staff. "I had gone into Kookai to get a gift card as a present for my friend on Thursday late night shopping, it was around 7pm (so plenty of time before closing) and the sales assistant was very rushed and did a poor wrapping job. On top of that when my friend went to redeem her gift card, the balance on it was $0!! I had put several hundred onto the gift card for it to say $0!! Disappointed with service and the fact that now my money is lost because they can’t input into the computer correctly."
