"Highly unprofessional and rude reception staff. If the doctors are fully booked with appointment then dont take the walk in appointments at all ,making the patients wait is one thing but giving an incorrect estimate of the wait time is not good at all , had to wait for more than an 90 mins after being told “wont be long”. The receptionist was rude and making it sound like she made some sort of favour by putting us on the wait list.The doctor was seen roaming around the clinic quite a few times not taking any patients in while the patients waited outside. The low ratings about this place are very well deserved"

"I was disgusted with the way I was treated yesterday. Very ableist & labelled as a drug seeker as soon as I opened my mouth. My Telehealth appointment was booked for 2pm, yet Dr Shaki Melkonian called me at 2.50pm, and didn’t apologise for the wait. As soon as I explained that I was waiting to see my pain specialist, could she prescribe Valium as a muscle relaxant while I was waiting (my usual GP was all booked out, they usually prescribe this for me), Dr Shaki shut me down, her whole tone and attitude changed, she just said “no I don’t do that. I can’t help you.” I tried to ask if another GP there could help, again she said “no, I don’t know. You will have to ask Reception.” And hung up. I’m not a “druggie” - I have PTSD and am in severe, excruciating chronic pain every day due to my muscles being so tight + fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos. Do better, be better."

"An amazing experience. Dr. Steven was very gentle with me with my ingrown nail problem. He made it a very nurturing experience and gave me solid advice on how to take care of my feet whilst wearing shoes and how the nail works. Will be coming back for future appointments."

"If I could give no stars I would. I was seen by Dr Fonseka today for my pre booked 2:30pm appointment at 3:40pm and I had 3 items I needed to consult the doctor about. After getting through 2 items, I then asked if I could have a new mental health care plan to see a psychologist in the area as I have moved and my regular is now too far away. She asked if I could come back another time as she is running so far behind and it would take too long. I am absolutely disgusted by this, you clearly don't take mental health very seriously if you are asking people to come back to deal with it later not to mention I had already waited over an hour for this appointment. You should be ashamed, you have a duty of care and you are not providing it. This is not how anybody should treat someone struggling with their mental health let alone a DOCTOR."

"The receptionists were approachable. I didn't have to fill out a hard copy of the registration form because I've done it online. There was no repetition of the process. I was called to see the doctor at the exact time of my appointment. Doctor Fonseka was accommodating and knowledgeable. I was even given an additional service I did not expect to get. Insurance coverage was also facilitated by the centre. It was a good experience."
