"My Wife and I purchased a speedy 2 hiking tent and two sleeping mats. Delivery was fast and we were able to track its progress. After receiving we realised that one of the mats was too big for the tent that we had selected.We contacted Novapro to find out what our options were. We were able to send the mat that was too large back for an exchange of a smaller size. Dealing with Novapro was fantatstic, we experienced great communication via email in organising our exchange mat. My Wife and I tested out our newly purchased hiking gear over the weekend. The Tent was an absolute breeze to set up and the mats were very comfortable to sleep on. Packing up the gear was equally delightful and the tent and mats fitted back into their carry bags. We experienced light rain over the weekend but were kept dry inside the tent with no leaks. We will be shopping again at Novapro Sports. Highly recommend this business!"

"We ordered the Illumina Ranger 1.3kg hiking tent. It was dispatched the same day as ordered and customer support sorted out an AUST POST issue due to December mail. When it arrived, the zipper on the fly had one broken tooth and customer support immediately arranged for a new one to be delivered. The tent has been on its first hike, experienced its first rain and the occupant was dry and cozy."

"Ordered a Tagar 2 tent which arrived quickly and generally I'm well pleased. Easy to erect, light but spacious, and the quality makes it very good value. Only negs are that the tent's not quite as wide inside as stated (though only by a bit) and the words of the instructions for putting the tent up are confusing - they talk about drapng the fly over the tent but the tent's single-skin so doesn't have a fly. Generally though a good purchase."
