"Terrible service, we paid $180 for a basketball uniform for my Grandson which we never received. We spent well over 9 months going back and forth with this supplier, we were sent the incorrect sizes on multiple occasions. My daughter took time of work on two occasions to physically attend the factory in the hope of collecting goods paid for but they were never ready for collection. Needless to say, we pulled my Grandson out of the basketball team and cut our losses with this supplier. Do yourself a favour and do not hand over any money until you have the uniform in your hands."

"Terrible Service, after 9 weeks of waiting still hadn’t received training jersey and hoodie that was ordered. Rang up chasing up about it, and they couldn’t locate the order. So I asked for a refund, took 2 weeks to hear back about the refund after numerous calls and no responses."

"I ordered a club jersey through their online store and also paid $15 for shipping. Prior to paying, I was told through text that delivery would take 2 days while in reality the order took 14 days to arrive at my door step. The jersey I bought was also needed for games that were upcoming. Luckily I had been given one to borrow while I waited for the order that I had no idea how far was. On 6 separate occasions (throughout different days), my messages through text had been left on read without any responses. Even when my messages were regarding the delivery status of my order or if my payment had gone through, I still received no response. It is unacceptable service to treat a customer like this."
