"The receptionist here I don't think they know how to use a computer....very friendly but incompentent, we waiting over 3 hrs and no doctor....by the second hr she kept advising us were next...4 more people were seen ,the receptionist are absolutely unable to do there job " just keeps adivsing ur next"...at the end we had to leave and go else where The doctors here are amazing ! If u can get past the incompentent receptionist you will find urself a great doctor, sadly I won't be coming back here"
"The wait is a little long, but as they are one of the few places left that don't charge money, its totally worth it. Reception is straight to the point and don't try to talk more than needed. As long as you arent rude, then you will barely interact with them"
"I have nothing bad to say about the medical staff, my doctor is very efficient and very good on patient care, The only thing that I am disappointed is the way the staff in the front desk /reception ( guy) treated me last time i went there, he is RUDE, Told me to go back off the line, the way he told me was very rude, as if I was a 5 year old child … Patients comes to the medical centre already not feeling well, we are sick and We don’t want anymore added dramas. So pls speak nicely to us. It is not even a busy time, he seemed very toxic. he shouldn’t be there on the frontline, if he can’t handle the pressure."
"I have been attending this practice for a number of years. The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I have waited for multiple hours in Centre and all day for a telly health. Doctors are pushing you out the door they are too overworked. There is not enough staff but the number of patients"
"Had a very bad experience with Dr Xi Yu (5658365). She was not even making a direct eye contact at me when i was explaining her what happened. She gave me a piercing look from the side. I could feel that she was ignoring everything completely. She seems to be very reluctant to diagnose and communicate. GP role is all about hearing what patient says, being empathetic and creating a good rapport with them.I did not see any of these qualities in her. She did not advise me when I could leave the room. I thanked her but she did not reply anything I came out of the room so awkwardly ."
