"I recently visited the Kathmandu DFO store and had a mixed experience. While the selection of jackets was great, the customer service was not up to par. One of the team members was extremely rude when I attempted to try on a jacket that had a lock on it. I understand the need to protect merchandise, but customers should be able to try on items without feeling belittled. It would be helpful if the store had dedicated staff members to assist with unlocking items for customers. Despite this negative experience, the person at the checkout counter was polite and welcoming. She asked how our shopping experience was and provided good service. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. In the future, I suggest that the store treats customers with respect and kindness, regardless of how busy they may be. Customers are the backbone of any business, and it's important to make them feel valued. Overall, the Kathmandu DFO store has great merchandise, but the customer service could use some improvement."
