"Silvercross pioneer purchased at the Sydney store in july 2023. delivery took more than 4 weeks and it was faulty when arrived. We also puchased winter pack ($299) and towels ($199) and they were never sent. We have sent numurous emails and never got any response. Now this business is reported to fair trading. This business is ripping people off."
"Silver Cross in Sydney is fabulous! The customer service was beyond what I expected. When I called the shop, I had been looking online with no luck and thought that I was probably going to be told the same over the phone. Luckily, Yasmin was there and was able to answer all my questions and even solve my problem in just a few minutes! I have a Silver Cross Pioneer and it has just been so fantastic! Not only is it stable and have a large, easy to access basket (two big things for me) but it is one of the most beautiful prams on the market. We are so lucky to have a shop here in Sydney! Definitely check them out!"
"I love my Silver Cross Pioneer, it's sturdy, reliable, and spacious. But a lovely surprise with the silver cross is the exceptional customer service at the Sydney shop. My friend who also has a silver cross told me to give them a call about some questions I had because she said they had been so helpful but I didn't expect them to go above and beyond. I had many question about taking my Silver Cross pram overseas and Yasmin patiently talked me through my options and even video called me to demonstrate how to do things with my pram. When she noticed the underpart of the footmuff was missing (lost), she sent me the underpart for free in the mail and didn't even charge me for postage. She was so helpful and encouraging and clearly has a passion to help new parents."
"My husband and I have had multiple great experiences with Yasmin in the Sydney store. Late last year we attended the store to compare the Dune and Reef prams. Yasmin provided full demo's on both and allowed us time to really understand the differences. We eventually decided on the Reef Earth, which unfortunately we could not purchase directly at the time. Since then I have spoken to Yasmin via phone on multiple occasions and she has been amazing, More recently I have made a purchase of another Reef on behalf of a friend for a baby shower gift and once again Yasmin has been so amazing to deal with, her customer service is A++.
