"I contacted Kate O'Grady when highly recommended by a great lawyer in Sydney who was unavailable for my upcoming trial. Orbell were so friendly, helpful and responsive from the start. I started working with Kate and all I can say is that she is amazing, as are all the staff at Orbell. I sometimes had extremely tight deadlines as I am dealing with a very challenging ex. My case is also complex as there are assets overseas and businesses overseas. With Kate's legal prowess, she took all the challenges and complications in her stride and dealt with every twist and turn that came our way. At times, there were many of the staff working on my case so that I had the documentation needed for the next stage of the process. Their teamwork is outstanding. I have managed very large teams in the corporate world and have not seen such teamwork to assist a client. My only disappointment is that I never got to meet Kate or the team as I reside in Western Australia. My trial was in Newcastle, so I just flew in for the trial and left again immediately after the trial. I engaged Kate and Orbell on a needs basis as my financial situation was that I could not afford being fully represented with a lawyer and barrister for my trial. Kate and the team helped me to prepare to represent myself and I would have to say, I did a great job with their guidance and help (not as good as Reece Witherspoon in Legally blolnde though!). Nothing was too much to ask. Kate and the team were always looking for ways to make the situation more cost effective for me, which is rare in the legal profession. Kate just wanted the best outcome for me. I wish I had engaged Kate sooner as I believe we would have resolved my situation and we would not have had to go to trial.
