"After completing a degree in fashion design, NFC’s offering of fashion communication, styling and branding were areas of interest I wanted to focus on to expand my background and ultimately get my platform boots in the door of fashion within Australia. Discovering the world of National Fashion College has expanded my industry experience, networking opportunities and provided invaluable knowledge of advertising, marketing, magazines, working within a design studio, styling and visual merchandising. Many dreams are coming true, I have worked with the Romance Was Born team, interned at Vogue and Harper's Bazaar and now freelance assist stylists for events including the Qantas 100 anniversary with the styling of Kylie Minogue and the Logies. Our coral campus is infused with endless inspiration and its own styling studio. Bryce is so approachable, kind and supportive, with weekly networking events, excursions and opportunities for us to ask all we have ever wondered about the industry, it is always a pleasure to be apart of the NFC crew with like minded students and amazing tutors who are always there to discuss your future goals and aspirations. NFC is easily one of the best decisions I have ever made and I would encourage anyone to step into the world of NFC if they are looking for a supportive and encouraging space that pushes you to reach your potential. "If you are looking to study Fashion NFC is the place to go! After finishing my degree at uni in business I wanted to further my education in fashion and there wasn’t much available in Perth. After some research I found that NFC offered online study and I could get the same education from a fashion college over east but in my state! This was a great option for me and the online study has been so easy and seamless at NFC. The online classes are always so interactive and fun and make you feel like you are on campus in person! "I'm only 2 terms into my studies at NFC and have loved every second so far! Each term we explore really interesting topics, that will provide us with invaluable knowledge to help us put our best foot forward in the fashion industry! The incredible teachers are experts in their fields and teach really informative and fun classes on a range of topics which give you a really solid theoretical understanding of the industry as well as practical skills that you can immediately apply to the industry. When you study at NFC you’re surrounded by other passionate students who all love fashion just as much you! Campus has been designed to the nines and is a stunning place to learn and study from. I have to speak on the internships and work experience opportunities because they are absolutely INCREDIBLE! If you want to gain exposure and experience in the fashion industry, NFC is truely the place for you. I've just landed my dream job following a 1 month styling internship! Students receive multiple daily notifications of opportunities to work with the top brands, designers, PR firms, stylists, etc in every field of fashion that you can think of. Weekly guest speakers also come to college and there are incredible VIP excursions and event invitations for students from the likes of Dior, Valentino, Gucci, Ksubi, to name a few. Not to mention opportunities to work at both New York and Australian Fashion Weeks. My fashion journey has been a short and beautiful one so far and it’s just the beginning, thanks to NFC!"
