"The girl working in Melton foot locker store this afternoon on 11 December 22 does not have good customer service or sales skills in fact she talked us out of buying the shoes that my son was quite happy with and I was going to buy them but for some reason this girl was recommending other sports shops (rebel) in woodgrove to buy shoes lol I found it a bit bizarre that she wasn’t trying to get profit for the store. The shoes were the 270’s so don’t see anything wrong with them or why she didn’t want us to buy them. I also was purchasing clothing that I had already put at the front counter before I spoke to this girl working there about the shoes, (also she wasn’t very helpful when asking her about shoe sizing etc.. seemed like it’s to much effort for her to do her job or to have any customer service skills.) Anyway after she talked us out of buying the shoes that my son wanted we then went up to the counter to pay for what I had already left up there with one of the guys working there and she just stood behind us staring weirdly like as if she really didn’t want us to buy anything there lol the guy behind the counter actually had to tell her to go fold some clothes that were on the middle table in the store. Really found her to be unhelpful and rude/unfriendly kind of trying to make us feel like not welcome. We then literally went next door to sportsco and purchased shoes similar to the footlocker ones we wanted for around the same price. So she lost a sale for the store coz she wants to act stuck up and treat people like she’s a “mean girl” oh well guess it’s to hard for some to do their job and be welcoming to customers"
