"Terrible terrrible!!!!!!! I got my nails done on Saturday morning and paid $110 including shellac colour which should last over 6 weeks and the colour began chipping after the first day as well as a nail began to lift and fall off causing extreme discomfort and bleeding. I called up and made an appointment to fix the nail and when I went in she wanted to charge me full nail colour again and told me it was my fault and nail breakage I had to pay as well. Ridiculous and disgusting don’t ever ever go there. Her attitude towards me wasn’t even aplologetic and just rude. Didn’t even care she was lazy and clunky e be bothered being there. Doesn’t even deserve one star"

"I have been a loyal customer of 12years and that have always been my go to nail place. Today I went to the salon to ask them to kindly fix my nails because on the side the where lifting for some reason. This has happened to me once and they fixed it out of charge which was very kind of them. How ever today I have approached them and told them to kindly fix and I will pay for them as I know it’s not there issue. I write my name down to get my nails fixed at 11.30 and then the manager calls me and says unfortunately the lady (don’t want to mention names that usually does my nails) doesn’t want to do them and isn’t happy to do them. The manager said I have also asked the fellow employees who wants to do your nails and they all said we don’t want. So I responded and said to her is that a way of kicking me out of salon and she said yes. Then she’s like I have to escalate this to my boss. I said why? Did I approach you with rudeness or yell? I can in very kind and happy and I said could you please fix and I’m very happy to pay. During my time with pearl nails today was one of the worse experience. The manager is sincerely rude and has no manners in speaking to her customers. I never attacked nor approached anyone with rudeness I just wanted my nails fixed with being happy to pay. Thank you so much guys for the experience today. And thank you for loosing a loyal customer. I have gotten 40% of the people I know to your salon."

"This was my go to nail salon for about a year now and not ever have I experienced a bad experience.. I get my nails done quite often and before I went there last weekend I haven't had acrylics for two months and had very healthy nails. Not until I got home that night my pinkie finger started to feel so sore and could feel the nail being pulled against my skin and noticed the nail was placed very much upwards - and no, my nail doesn’t “naturally” go upwards.. it’s all about placement and it got stuck to my skin. My nail bed is also very small. The very next day (today) I went back and asked if they could remove it as the pain is unbearable! Kept me up all night and it’s basically suffocating my nail. They did not help whatsoever, and just shut me down and said they couldn’t do anything about it and that its my fault that my nail is naturally “built” like that - and that I have must’ve “banged” my hand on a table. Their only solution was to “wait a couple of days” and come back and get it fixed, which makes no difference at all if ur starting to get infected already! I went to another nail salon in the centre and asked if they could help me out and they gladly did. Safe removal and were so lovely, the girls at professionail helped me out and removed it, and had suggested it was due to unclean tools and overall just poor placement. I will not be going back to PD again, and will be letting all my friends and family know. It’s a shame because they have now lost a lot of loyal customers, all because they could not compensate or admit it was their fault. If google reviews allowed a 0 rating, I would do that. Very disappointed."
