Our flexible approach means that in some cases, additional work may be required to achieve competency, rather than studying an entire qualification.

In addition to RPL, ACEC provides training for employees accepted into Traineeships under state-based funding agreements and fee-for-service arrangements. Traineeships offer a fantastic career pathway in childcare, combining on-the-job training with formal study to develop the skills and experience that employers are seeking.
