"I hired Keats accounting to help with my personal and business accounts and to provide financial guidance and advice. They processed invoices automatically out of my bank accounts, even when I could not afford it. As soon as I questioned items on one invoice and requested a callback from Sam to discuss it I was responded to with a rude email requesting I pay the balance of the invoice then Sam would talk to me. THAT is how she does business!! I advised I wouldn't pay the remaining items I am questioning on the invoice, and so they attempted to withdraw the funds from my account forcing me to contact the bank to have it stopped. Next I get an email from a debt collector demanding payment, after I requested to discuss the items again with them. Go to them for help, pay their invoices, they don't respond to calls, or questions, but just keep sending invoices expecting people to blindly pay them unquestioned. They provide no customer service."

"Being a start up as a Sole Trader, I had no idea about xero or invoicing, I emailed the lovely office manager Jane, she got straight onto passing on my questions to Rebecca( Bec) who followed up to book an appointment. after a training session today, I have my invoices set up, learnt about reconciling and sent my first invoice off for payment.
