"What a wonderful shop! The owner is a lovely woman who takes great care in the appearance of her shop. Not your typical 'thrift store' looks more like a high street store except the prices are very competitive and fare. Snagged a beautiful vintage Australian Wool blanket that I am in love with. Cannot wait to go back!"

"I don’t like this op shop anymore. There is a bossy controlling manager, who shouted at a volunteer right in front of me! I was so shocked! And I comforted that poor woman (who was close to tears) on my way out. These are volunteers for Goodness sake!, using their precious time for free! This manager(European,) also was extremely rude to my daughter in law and her mother, who are both blind and have guide dogs and my baby granddaughter. They were donating some bags of clothes. She told them their shop didn’t take baby clothes and didn’t they know this?? She practically pushed them out the door. Another volunteer , felt sorry for them, and said she wouldn’t mind to take the clothes to another charity shop,which she knew took baby gear. This whole episode really knocked my d-i-l’s confidence, as it was the first outing they’d had with the pram,the baby and the 2 guide dogs. I have heard other stories about this bossy female manager.If your sales are down, it’s because of her, and your ridiculous high prices,don’t help either!"
