"Devine cleaned two handmade wool rugs for me. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and organising pickup and delivery was easy. The rugs look great and feel and smell very clean. There is a bit of pilling that appears to have been caused by the washing process but I guess there's nothing to be done about that."
