"We use these guys for our building in Rosebery. Our building manager (Jordan) is really something special. He is always friendly and attentive to all the residents, professional with the Strata and a great communicator. He's pro-active with issues before they come a problem (where possible). Lastly, he's also insanely empathic. He understands that small little issues may seem trivial but has a noticeable impact to residents and will treat every matter with the attention it deserves. Thanks Jordan! His boss Psy, is also pretty helpful as well, with matters that require escalation. (building defects etc). He has some great ideas to help with some of the bigger problems. I Would recommend Marigold for that real human interaction and care for their job, their fees are reasonable too."
